The best tzatziki I had was in Greece of course!
This recipe is the closest I've found to the original taste. Enjoy !

  • 1 Cucumber seeded
  • 2 Garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Vinegar white
  • 1 tbsp Dill chopped
  • 1 tbps Mint chopped


  • Finely grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess moisture using a cloth or a strainer
  • Transfer to a bowl with the garlic, yogurt, vinegar, dill, and mint
  • Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper, and mix together well
